When should you get in touch?
Get in touch if the car shows a warning light on the dashboard, makes unusual noises, or behaves differently from normal. The earlier we can look at the car, the easier it often is to put the fault right.
The car creaks when I drive over bumps.
Does the sound come from the front or rear, when turning, braking or driving on an uneven road? Describe when you hear it and whether it has changed. Creaking, clunking and knocking describe symptoms, not a confirmed diagnosis of a particular part. At our workshop in Ensjø, we agree the investigation and any measures before a repair.
My Tesla Model 3 or Model Y creaks when I turn.
State the model, model year and registration number. Describe whether the sound occurs while the car is stationary or moving, and whether it also happens over bumps. We investigate the car and the conditions in which the sound occurs, rather than assuming that every Tesla with a creak needs the same part. Do not provoke the sound if it feels unsafe.

The car shakes when I brake.
Describe whether you feel the shaking in the steering wheel, pedal or whole car, and whether it only happens when braking or also during normal driving. Include any scraping or squealing sounds. We need to inspect the car before recommending what to repair or replace.
What does it cost to replace brake discs and pads?
Price and scope must be agreed for the specific car. State the registration number and whether your request concerns the front, rear or a symptom you want investigated. A quote to replace parts is not a diagnosis of why the car shakes.
If braking is less effective, steering changes or a warning tells you to stop, stop safely and arrange help. Do not drive an extra trip to test the fault.
